1.  Unplug the power cable to your deskejt printer, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in.

2. When printing to a laser, change the paper type to “plain” instead of “bond.”  The bond paper setting requires you to go to the printer and click “OK” several times to get the job to begin printing.
